Building on a collaboration that began in 2017, the two institutions now offer a pathway starting with a two-year Postgraduate Diploma in International Medical Sciences (PGDip IMS) studied in the UK at University of Lancashire, followed by a further two years study to complete the U.S.-accredited &nbsp;MD degree with AUC while in clinical sites in the US or UK.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The purpose of this role is to support the PGDip International Medical Sciences/MD (AUC) programme through high‑quality teaching in Pathology, effective academic support of students, and active contribution to curriculum development and student experience. You will be expected to collaborate closely with colleagues across UK and Sint Maarten campuses.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>About you:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The successful candidate will have &nbsp;higher‑education teaching experience in Pathology with a proven ability to deliver engaging learning, support students effectively, and work confidently within a defined curriculum such as USMLE‑aligned programmes. Essential requirements include an undergraduate degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in relevant areas, the ability to supervise research up to master&rsquo;s level, and a flexible, innovative approach to teaching. &nbsp;Candidates should demonstrate, strong teamwork and independent working skills, excellent communication, and confidence using digital learning platforms such as Microsoft tools and Blackboard.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>Use of AI in applications:</strong> We want to understand your genuine interest in the role and artificial intelligence can be a useful tool to support your application.
