The role will support transformational change programmes that enhance colleague and student experiences and drive operational efficiency. Working within the Strategic Planning and Delivery team, you will coordinate project delivery activities, support stakeholder engagement, and help embed strategic change into everyday operations and be core to ongoing strategic delivery for the University.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The Project Manager <span style="font-size: 18px;" id="isPasted">plays a key role in supporting colleagues to adopt new ways of working and contribute to the continued success of the university. This role offers the chance to work across diverse teams &ndash; both professional and academic, develop your project and change management skills, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, transformational environment. You should also have experience of successfully managing workstreams or leading delivery / change in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as senior management, administrators and professional or technical staff, be&nbsp;</span>enthusiastic, and delivery focussed, with a background in working with others to deliver positive outcomes. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">As a key member of a high-performing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of significant corporate projects, developing relationships with key stakeholders, presenting management information and leading change with high-level audiences. You&rsquo;ll be working with colleagues across the University to explore new opportunities for growth and also identifying areas of improvement.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">A high level of motivation, independence and commitment to deliver are core requirements for success in this position.
