We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to support the delivery of a high-quality customer service and administration function across the Directorate.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the customer service and helpdesk team, ensuring enquiries and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also provide administrative, coordination and organisational support to the Estates and Campus Services Senior Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, diary management, minute-taking and action tracking. The role contributes to maintaining service continuity, supporting performance monitoring and helping to drive continuous improvement across the service.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>About you:</strong></span></p><div id="isPasted"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">You will have experience working in a customer-focused service or helpdesk environment and experience of supervising staff or managing people within a busy operational service.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">You will be experienced in delivering administrative and PA-type support, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, minute-taking and action tracking. You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook for diary and meeting management, together with experience of using systems to manage service activity, records or workflows.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">For this role you are required to have a Level 3 qualification, such as A Levels or BTEC, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
