Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Web Content Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead on SEO activity to increase organic traffic, improve search visibility, and optimise user journeys. You&rsquo;ll use data, insight and testing to drive continuous improvement across the site and support wider digital campaigns.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>About you:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">You&rsquo;ll have proven experience in SEO with strong technical SEO knowledge and hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. You&rsquo;re confident working with data, able to turn insight into clear recommendations, and understand how user journeys impact conversion. You&rsquo;ll be a strong communicator, able to share insight effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and continuous improvement.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">You will need to have a Level 3 qualification, such as A Levels or BTEC, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning, along with an SEO training certification.</span></p><p><span id="isPasted" style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>Use of AI in applications:</strong>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 18px;">We want to understand your genuine interest in the role and artificial intelligence can be a useful tool to support your application.
