About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School of Health, Social Work and Sport for a Lecturer in Paramedic/Emergency Care. You will contribute to the delivery and development of modules within the BSc Paramedic programme. Duties will include acting as a module leader and undertaking associated administrative tasks, engaging with student recruitment and contributing to the academic objectives of the School. 

About you:

You will have experience teaching Paramedic Practice in a higher education setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and HCPC registration are required for this role.

About the role:

Applications are invited for a Research Assistant in Health, Innovation and Wellbeing post in the Allied Health Research unit at the University of Lancashire. This post will provide research and development support to various businesses to evidence base new products and services. 

The post holder will have the opportunity to work with Dr Ambreen Chohan and her research team to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through discussions about design and innovation. This will also include the reviewing and testing of the efficacy and effectiveness of Health and wellbeing innovations and services.
